LEGO Enterprise Display Cases: 10356 Ship or 11385 Bridge

Compare LEGO Enterprise ship 10356 and bridge 11385 cases. Keep stand upgrades, Shuttlepod additions, labelled interiors and opening access separate.

LEGO Enterprise Display Cases: 10356 Ship or 11385 Bridge

Choose a LEGO Enterprise display case by set number and presentation. Enterprise NCC-1701-D 10356 is a complete starship; Enterprise Bridge 11385 is a modular interior scene. For the ship, identify the exact stand and any separately displayed shuttlepod before comparing a horizontal, angled or wall enclosure.

A starship and its bridge need different receiving plans

LEGO’s 10356 specification gives the starship, including its display stand, as over 27 cm high, 60 cm long and 48 cm wide. It identifies a detachable saucer, an opening shuttlebay, two mini shuttlepods and nine crew minifigures.

The separate 11385 bridge has modular bridge and transporter sections, eight crew figures and controls for the transporter, turbo lift doors and captain’s chair. Its bridge reference is over H9 × W57 × D34 cm. That is a different scene, rather than a smaller receiving box for the ship.

A stand upgrade and a pictured shuttlepod are separate decisions

The iDisplayit 10356 page offers no stand/already purchased, Enterprise stand, Shuttlepod stand, or both. Keep the actual selection on the quote. A case photograph containing two supported models does not establish that either support is included in every option.

The Brickcessories Star Trek category separately lists horizontal and vertical cases, horizontal and vertical ship stands, a stand for Type-15 Shuttlepod 40768 and a commission plaque. Those six cards identify different products. Their shared theme does not supply each leaf’s dimensions or turn an open stand into an enclosed case.

Retain the distinction between the two small shuttlepods listed with 10356 and the separately numbered 40768. If an added model belongs in your display, identify its number, support and position explicitly. Do not treat the word Shuttlepod as one universal accessory size.

For an existing original stand, record the whole ship as it rests. Adding another nominal stand height to LEGO’s stand-inclusive reference double counts a component. For a replacement support, request the actual supported profile rather than calculating a new height from component dimensions.

Keep a wall description with its actual product selection

Blacked Brick’s selector lists Angled and Horizontal, while the description also includes a wall-mounted case with a magnetic front. Ask how that wall product is ordered and which specification applies. Do not assume a selector entry or an available wall package that the page has not clearly identified.

Wicked Brick describes its integrated angled support, figure cutout and magnetic plaque. Its clear, printed-background and premium printed versions change the scene treatment; premium includes base and rear artwork. A plaque magnet is not a model attachment, and the word angled does not provide a numerical angle.

Original records separating a ship support package, an added shuttlepod and a modular bridge scene
Invented scene records. No real Enterprise geometry, approved support contact, saucer-release mechanism or measured enclosure fit is shown.

Establish case access before separating a saucer or using a control

Choose the normal display state first. A fully attached saucer and a separately displayed component occupy different arrangements. Its ability to detach does not prove room to perform that action inside a closed enclosure. Follow the actual model instructions and the selected case’s opening sequence.

For 11385, keep the transporter dial and turbo lift lever approachable after opening the case. The bridge’s published footprint does not describe every modular layout or the hand space around those controls. Reserve a place for any removed enclosure section before setting the scene.

Cover photograph supplied through the authorized CubeBuff library. It shows the pictured ship, crew and separate shuttlepod; it does not document the compared suppliers’ packages. Whole composition retained without upscaling.

Use the Enterprise identity, support and access worksheet with the LEGO shelf-case guide. The collection-wall guide covers the separate placement task.

Common questions

Does an Enterprise case always include a ship stand?

Check the exact package. The cited iDisplayit page makes stand inclusion an explicit selection, while Wicked Brick describes an integrated angled support for its cited case.

Can a bridge case be selected from the ship’s set name?

Keep 11385 and its chosen section layout explicit. A 10356 starship compatibility statement does not establish bridge-scene fit.
