LEGO Neuschwanstein Castle Display Cases: 21063 Landscape

Compare 21063 Neuschwanstein Castle cases around the complete landscape, seasonal trees and nameplate. Keep labelled cavities, base locators and opening distinct.

LEGO Neuschwanstein Castle Display Cases: 21063 Landscape

Choose a LEGO Neuschwanstein Castle display case for the whole 21063 landscape, including the trees and front nameplate. Decide on the summer or fall foliage and the view you want before selecting a rear graphic. A case’s set number, usable cavity, locating base and opening method should remain separate checks.

The forested base belongs with the towers

LEGO’s official 21063 description identifies spires, turrets, gabled roofs, a courtyard and staircases, with trees whose foliage can represent summer or fall. It places the model’s nameplate at the front of the base. Its descriptive reference is over H31 × W46 × D20 cm.

Keep that reference with the model. It is neither a case interior nor a measurement of the space needed to approach a tree or change the arrangement. Record your completed landscape with the retained foliage and plate, including any personal additions.

A tower-only outline can miss the lower slope, projecting tree branches or front edge. Use a photograph and plan view of the complete arrangement when asking about a receiving base. A familiar castle silhouette does not identify which features a shaped locator will accept.

Choose the seasonal scene before the backdrop

Three 21063 viewing decisions
View or taskKeep in the recordQuestion for the case maker
Castle above its landscapeWhole slope, trees, towers and front nameplate.Which orientation and clear sightlines does the receiving base provide?
Summer or fall foliageThe tree state actually built and intended to remain visible.Do the full upper branches stay within the specified cavity?
A later scene changeThe selected model operation and an opened enclosure. How is the surround removed, and where can it rest?

Try the view from your normal seated or standing position. The pale buildings, dark roofs and low landscape read differently from a close overhead photograph. Keep the front plate visible rather than placing it behind a case edge or an added information plaque.

A scenic rear can continue the landscape behind one preferred view. A clear rear leaves another viewing option, while furniture placement still determines whether you can use it. Neither choice establishes an opening for reaching the model.

Exact examplePublished figuresDefinition to retain
Wicked BrickW51 × D25 × H34.3 cm.Inside/outside is not labelled in this size line.
BrickcessoriesInside 504 × 254 × 340 mm; outside 516 × 266 × 347.5 mm.The sequences have boundary labels but no named axes.
Kingdom Brick SupplyApprox. inside L48.8 × W23.2 × H32.8 cm; outside L50.3 × W24.7 × H33.7 cm.Keep the approximate cavity and full exterior distinct.
Blacked BrickExternal W52 × D27 × H33.4 cm.Obtain the cavity above the actual receiving floor.
iDisplayitInside L47 × W21 × H36 cm; outside L49 × W23 × H37 cm.Keep the selected base and complete landscape with the labelled interior.

Brickcessories explicitly distinguishes inside and outside, but its numerical order still needs named axes. Request a labelled drawing before assigning the 340 mm line as a clear height or transferring the sequence to furniture.

Kingdom Brick Supply provides an approximate labelled cavity and a separate 60 × 28-stud reference. The stud area is a base description, rather than a measurement of every branch or roof edge above it. Keep the same unit block throughout the comparison.

Blacked Brick’s external height does not become clear headroom when the official model height is subtracted. The finished floor and cover seating remain unknown in that calculation. Likewise, an unlabelled dimension from another supplier should keep its unresolved boundary.

A cut-out, a stud area and a matte floor differ

Wicked Brick’s description lists a 5 mm matte-black base plate, 3 mm clear panels and an etched information plaque. This particular description does not establish the two-tier magnetic base or locating studs described on some other products. Obtain its own receiving and opening details.

Blacked Brick describes a shaped cut-out. Ask which landscape orientation it receives and how that position relates to the nameplate. A locator does not establish arbitrary rotation or space for an extended custom forest.

iDisplayit gives a separate 58 × 26-stud area and offers a golden castle-silhouette rear with lettering, alongside options without that print. Compare the actual supplied artwork and base arrangement; a silhouette and a landscape picture are different visual choices, without adding physical depth.

Original conceptual castle landscape, two invented foliage states and a separate receiving-base question
Invented towers, foliage and base. Not LEGO 21063 geometry, a tree-change instruction, actual cut-out, stud map or tested fit.

A later foliage change begins with the enclosure

iDisplayit describes joining the clear panels with ten fittings and resting the completed surround on the base. Confirm its intended removal route at your location. Leave a place for the whole surround before following the model instructions for a change.

For the other products, request their own routine. Construction with connector cubes or a shaped floor does not supply an opening sequence. Keep the tallest spire and the full tree outline clear of the intended approach rather than treating them as handles.

Both Kingdom Brick Supply and iDisplayit state that their cases are not designed for relocation with LEGO inside. Retain that restriction with those products. The complete outside footprint belongs in the furniture plan, separate from the clear cavity.

The cover is CubeBuff’s 21063 product photograph, used with permission. Whole composition retained, proportionally resized and compressed to WebP. It shows CubeBuff’s printed-background product, rather than one of the compared suppliers or a physical fit test by this guide.

Use the 21063 landscape, foliage and case worksheet with the LEGO shelf case guide to keep the selected scene, finished base, whole exterior and remaining access questions together.

Common questions

Can I choose from the castle building alone?

Include the full forested landscape and front nameplate. Upper branches and lower scenery belong in the receiving enquiry.

Does the case height establish room to change the trees?

Closed dimensions describe the resting arrangement. Confirm the enclosure opening and the model’s own operation separately.
