LEGO London Bus Display Cases: 10258 Decks, Views and Stands

Choose a LEGO 10258 London Bus case for both decks, the rear staircase and your exact stand. Compare labelled interiors, view direction and access.

LEGO London Bus Display Cases: 10258 Decks, Views and Stands

Choose a LEGO London Bus display case for set 10258, the view you want and the way you will show its two decks. A closed bus on its wheels, an interior scene with a section removed and an angled stand presentation need different fit records. Compare the complete arrangement with a labelled case interior before choosing the shelf.

Choose a view that keeps both decks readable

LEGO’s official 10258 description gives a model reference of over H18 × L34 × W13 cm. It identifies a removable roof and upper deck, an opening hood, a sliding driver’s door and an open rear boarding area with a half-spiral staircase.

A broad side view emphasizes the windows and reversible advertising posters. A rear-quarter view can reveal the boarding area and stairs. Choose the furniture position around the detail you most want to see, then check whether the case’s plaque, corners or printed rear interrupt that view.

Keep the selected advertising face, destination sign and retained loose details with the scene record. A photograph taken from the opposite side does not show whether your preferred staircase view remains clear. A printed London backdrop also changes the rear view without establishing a different receiving cavity.

Distinguish an interior view prepared before closing the case from removing the upper deck while enclosed. The latter also needs a lifting route and hand access. Room for the completed closed bus does not establish that operating space.

If a removed section will be kept elsewhere, say so in the enquiry. If it stays beside the bus, include its actual position. Do not assume an apparently empty area beneath an angled vehicle is a designated roof or upper-deck holder.

Keep each case’s measurement boundary with its figures

The Wicked Brick address contains 10220, but its current title, compatibility line and description identify London Bus 10258. Preserve the actual product identity rather than treating the path as a T1 Camper Van specification. Its angled-presentation wording gives no numerical angle.

BrickCase expressly lists 10258 among several compatible models. Its approximate 7.6-inch inside height still needs the actual bus and floor definition; it is not a measured allowance for lifting a deck. ICUANUTY’s shared F1, stacking and wall-mount FAQs supply no missing bus dimensions.

Keep an open stand separate from the enclosure order

The CubeBuff 10258 stand expressly excludes an acrylic enclosure and separate information plaque. Its stand-only figures are W34 × D20 × H3 cm; its with-collectible figures are W34.5 × D20 × H20 cm. Those are different published scopes for that presentation, not a fit test inside another maker’s box.

Give the surround and removed model sections somewhere to wait

Wicked Brick describes a surround that lifts from base grooves. Its two-tier 10 mm base wording and separate 5 mm material line should remain with the actual base drawing, rather than becoming a calculated interior height.

For other constructions, obtain their own opening routine. Check the route past any raised hood and the complete vehicle, then reserve a resting place for the surround before following the model instructions for deck removal.

Use the London Bus view and deck worksheet with the LEGO shelf-case guide and measurement guide.

Common questions

Does a London Bus case always include an angled stand?

Confirm the exact package. Angled-display wording, an open stand product and a case around a wheel-level vehicle describe different arrangements.

Can I select the case from the bus’s official height?

Use the full intended scene, support and labelled interior. The reference height does not describe every removed-deck layout or the room needed to change it.
