LEGO Ferrari F40 Display Cases: 10248 Views and Access

Choose a LEGO Ferrari F40 display case for set 10248 and the way you want to show it: on its wheels, on a confirmed raised support or with selected panels already open. Keep the front hood, rear hatch, doors, headlights and information plaque with that arrangement before comparing enclosure sizes.

Choose which F40 details remain visible every day

LEGO’s official US 10248 specification describes pop-up headlights, opening doors and a vented rear hatch showing the V8 engine. The front hood reveals a luggage compartment and tools. Its reference gives the car as over H3 × L10 × W5 in; it is not an envelope for every open panel or an aftermarket stand.

A closed side profile emphasizes the body and rear spoiler. An open rear hatch reveals a different part of the model, while the front compartment and doors add their own projections. Decide which view matters from the normal shelf height instead of treating every opening as something that must stay open.

Keep 10248 on the case request and the measurement record. Another Ferrari’s dimensions, a Porsche roof-storage arrangement or a range-wide Speed Champions capacity does not establish this model’s complete scene.

A raised presentation changes more than the highest point

On its wheelsActual car, chosen panel state, retained tools and plaque.Clear floor, complete profile and routine access.
Raised or angledThe exact support, intended contacts and complete supported car.Included stand, confirmed position, clear height and projected footprint.
Panels deliberately openChosen doors, front hood, rear hatch and headlights together.Settled open outline; a resting pose is different from full movement under a cover.

If tools or another loose object remain beside the car, give them a real position. Do not assume the maker’s plaque area is spare storage. A raised display can also change which part of an open compartment you can see through the front panel.

Record the supported car as a whole. The original wheel-level reference cannot be combined with an assumed stand height or a support angle copied from another model. Request the intended presentation when the product description leaves that information out.

Keep inside, external and unlabelled figures distinct

These five descriptions were read on 18 October 2026. They include different support packages and measurement boundaries. They are source comparisons, not DisplayCasePro fit tests or ranked recommendations.

Wicked Brick 10248External W40 × D25 × H23 cm; raised-presentation wording.Clear cavity, actual supported pose and exact stand package.
iDisplayit 10248Inside L32 × W21 × H16 cm; outside L34 × W23 × H17 cm.Actual open panels, retained extras and base choice.
shopPOPdisplays P_21058Approximate external including base H9.7 × W16 × D8.5 in; clear stand named.Usable interior and complete car-on-stand arrangement.
2Brick2Handle, Pioneer PlasticsInner 13 × 5½ × 5 in; numeric axes unlabelled.Labelled axes, intended support and material definition.
Laser Frame 10248Enclosure with internal stand; no numeric cavity in the main read. Its own labelled interior, stand position and supported-car outline.

iDisplayit’s case supplies a labelled interior and a 40 × 26-stud floor reference. The stud area is not a wheel-contact or open-door map. Its 8 fittings and top lid describe construction; they do not identify a separately supplied raised stand.

2Brick2Handle’s Pioneer Plastics listing labels its sequence as inner dimensions but does not name the axes. Its description says clear plastic. Do not silently relabel that material as acrylic, or choose whichever axis assignment makes a particular pose seem to fit.

An included stand and an angled photograph are different evidence

shopPOPdisplays’ P_21058 description explicitly includes a clear acrylic stand, black base and assembly hardware. Its approximate outside size includes the base. Keep the stand in the contents record, then obtain its position and the cavity above the finished base.

The same description contains general minifigure-and-stud wording. That is not a supplied-figure inventory or a complete location plan for your F40. Use the actual objects you will display and ask what the selected base provides.

Laser Frame’s 10248 product explicitly names an internal stand, but supplies no numerical cavity or stand angle in the main read. Do not borrow the Pioneer inner sequence or iDisplayit height to complete that missing specification.

Wicked Brick’s description discusses a dynamic angle and a magnet-connected, two-tier 10 mm base, while its materials section separately lists a 5 mm base plate. Keep those descriptions with the enquiry. Neither line supplies clear space above the complete support or justifies subtracting a guessed base stack from 23 cm.

Invented car state, separately specified support and removable-cover waiting area
Invented car and panel symbols. No 10248 hinge geometry, engine handling, supplied stand contacts, assembly sequence or measured cover clearance is shown.

Choose where the cover waits before opening the model

Wicked Brick describes lifting the surround from its base and returning it to grooves. Allow for the chosen car and any raised panel along that removal route. Confirm the exact routine for other products instead of treating every construction joint as a front door.

iDisplayit describes a top lid and expressly says the case is not designed to be relocated with LEGO inside. Settle its location and handling routine before filling it. A stackable label on a product does not approve mixed-brand stacks or an assumed loaded limit.

Use the F40 pose, panel and support worksheet with the LEGO shelf case guide and measurement guide. Keep the actual model instructions for panel operation; a display comparison does not supply an engine-removal or support-attachment procedure.

Common questions

Does every 10248 case include an angled stand?

Check the exact package. Two cited products explicitly name a stand, while other wording needs confirmation of the support and intended pose.

Can I subtract the car’s 3-inch reference from any case height?

The model reference, exterior dimensions and usable height above a support have different boundaries. Record the actual supported scene and obtain the missing interior.
