Choose a Beauty and the Beast Castle display case for LEGO 43263 and the view you want: the facade, the rear rooms or a scene arranged around its characters. Keep the removable grand staircase and the five brick-built characters separate from the five minifigures when planning the floor. A tall enough box alone does not settle those decisions.
43263 has its own rooms, staircase and character inventory
LEGO’s official 43263 description gives the four-level castle as over H53 × W33 × D15 cm. It identifies a ballroom with a spinning floor, dining-table spinning platters, a removable grand staircase section and a tower room with the enchanted rose and hidden storage.
The ten characters are not ten minifigures. Belle, the Beast, Gaston, LeFou and Maurice are the five minifigures; Lumière, Fifi, Cogsworth, Chip and Mrs. Potts are separately named LEGO characters. Keep their actual built shapes and positions in the scene record rather than assigning all ten to identical stud positions.
Another Disney castle’s case dimensions or figure layout cannot complete this plan. Keep 43263 on the quotation and choose which room details matter from the normal viewing position. The model reference does not describe every staircase-removed arrangement or added character scene.
A facade view and a room view use the enclosure differently
| Priority | Record in the scene | Confirm with the case |
|---|---|---|
| Front architecture | Whole castle, towers and foreground characters. | Usual viewing height and any plaque or printed-front obstruction. |
| Rear rooms | The selected room-facing orientation and characters within view. | Clear sightline through the chosen rear or front surface. |
| Staircase removed | Prepared remaining castle and the staircase if kept beside it. | Actual resting space and suitable support for the removed section. |
| Occasional feature access | Ballroom, dining table, rose or hidden-storage task. | Enclosure opening before following the model’s operating instructions. |
Choose the everyday scene before choosing a scenic background. A printed rear can frame a facade presentation while replacing the view through that panel. An all-clear rear offers another sightline, but does not itself create a door into the rooms.
If you want the staircase displayed separately, give it a real place. If it will be stored elsewhere, keep that decision in the record. Space for a prepared arrangement is different from space to remove the staircase after the case is closed.
Keep a labelled cavity separate from assembled and product dimensions
These five descriptions were read on 18 October 2026. They record source specifications and selected variants, without physical fitting, optical or protection tests by DisplayCasePro.
| Source | Published figures | Boundary to retain |
|---|---|---|
| Wicked Brick | Product W37 × D26 × H55.3 cm. | Inside/outside unlabelled; selected base and printing package. |
| Brickcessories | Assembled 386 × 266 × 553 mm. | Axes and inside/outside unlabelled; actual figure-stud layout. |
| Flying Box | Case L14 × W8 × H21.5 in; base 14.5 × 8.5 in. | Case boundary unlabelled; larger base belongs in the shelf plan. |
| iDisplayit | Inside L39 × W18 × H59 cm; outside L41 × W20 × H60 cm. | Actual castle, character and staircase state above the finished floor. |
| Brick In It | Product W34 × D25 × H54 cm. | Inside/outside unlabelled; no verified one-centimetre headroom. |
Subtracting LEGO’s qualified over-53 cm reference from a 54 cm product height would not establish usable clearance. The receiving floor, base and case boundary remain unresolved. Likewise, the third number of an assembled sequence should not silently become an internal height.
Flying Box’s base is larger than its case rectangle. Retain the complete base for the furniture location and obtain the usable cavity separately. Its case dimensions alone do not describe the clear route needed to lift a large surround away from the towers.
Compare the exact surfaces and the objects they receive
Wicked Brick offers Premium Printed Display, Printed Background and Clear Background choices. Its description distinguishes a premium background-and-base treatment. Confirm the actual printed surfaces and included plaque for the selected version; a linked limited-edition product is a separate quotation.
Brickcessories names Rose, Landscape and Clear rear choices, plus round studs on its glossy black base for the minifigures. Those studs do not define positions for every brick-built character or a removed staircase. Ask for the receiving plan that matches your complete scene.
iDisplayit’s observed combinations are black with a printed background, black without printing and white without printing. Do not assume a white-and-printed combination from a general base-color selector. Brick In It offers clear or printed rear panels; a customer’s comment about an extra figure panel does not establish the current included-parts list.

Plan occasional room access after opening the enclosure
Confirm which case section opens routinely, how it passes the tallest detail and where it rests. A flat-pack kit with corner brackets describes assembly, not necessarily a removable front for everyday access.
Then follow the model instructions for the ballroom, dining table, staircase or tower storage. A transparent wall and a static fit do not demonstrate room for a hand or the complete operating movement. Use the castle view and character worksheet with the LEGO shelf-case guide and measurement guide.
Common questions
Are all ten characters minifigures?
LEGO names five minifigures and five other LEGO characters. Their receiving positions should reflect the actual objects.
Does a printed rear provide access to the rooms?
It changes the view through that surface. Establish the actual enclosure opening and approach to the chosen room separately.
