A LEGO adidas Superstar display case can hold a very different scene depending on whether you show one shoe, the model on its stand, or a pair with the original box. Identify your complete 10282 arrangement before comparing an angled single-shoe display with a larger with-box enclosure.
One set makes a left or right shoe
LEGO’s official 10282 description explains that the extra 17 elements let you choose a left-foot or right-foot trainer. Showing both complete shoes requires a second set. The model includes real laces, a display stand and plaque, and comes in shoe-box-style packaging.
The descriptive model reference is over H12 × L27 × W9 cm. It does not measure a pair, an open cardboard lid or the complete model on every aftermarket angled support. Keep that reference separate from the rounded inch dimension widget and from the receiver you intend to buy.
This guide concerns the brick-built 10282 model. Real footwear sizing, shoe-care products and autograph preservation belong to a different display task. A case for a wearable Superstar is not a substitute specification for the LEGO model’s stand or plaque.
Choose the shoe, support and box arrangement together
| Layout | Include in the outline | Question for the supplier |
|---|---|---|
| One shoe on a support | The chosen left or right build, support and retained plaque. | Which support is supplied and where does the complete shoe sit? |
| One shoe with its original box | The actual box, its closed or open state, shoe and any stand. | Does the receiving layout include this exact combination? |
| A pair with a box | Two complete shoes, their orientation, the real box and retained supports. | Which illustrated placement is intended, including plaques? |
An original cardboard box, a printed enclosure background and a box-shaped support are three separate objects. Identify the real packaging explicitly in the enquiry. If you want its lid open, show that actual outline rather than relying on a photograph of a closed box.
The same applies to customized builds. Different added pieces or loose lace arrangements can change the outline around the shoe. Keep the final presentation with the case confirmation; the standard set number does not establish space for every modification.
A larger with-box case answers a different receiving task
The following supplier descriptions were read on 19 October 2026. They are published figures rather than DisplayCasePro measurements or fit tests. Dome, floor, internal and external labels remain distinct.
| Exact source | Published figures | Layout or missing definition |
|---|---|---|
| Wicked Brick | External W31.6 × D21.6 × H21.5 cm. | Angled shoe, magnetic two-tier base and space for the original LEGO information card; cavity not stated. |
| iDisplayit with-box case | Inside L39 × W26 × H36 cm; outside L41 × W28 × H37 cm. | Maker describes one shoe or a pair with the box. Confirm the complete intended arrangement. |
| CubeBuff | External W31.6 × D21.6 × H21.5 cm. | Clear or printed rear; a separate accessory information plaque is excluded. |
| Laser Frame | L297 × W147 × H192 mm. | Inside/outside unlabelled; 5 mm black base and separate 5 mm clear internal stand described. |
| Prodo Case LGDC15.1 | Dome G31 × D21 × Y20.5 cm; floor G32 × D22 cm. | Original G/D/Y labels retained. Request English axis definitions and a clear receiving cavity. |
Wicked Brick and CubeBuff publish the same external tuple. That does not supply a missing cavity measurement or prove identical supports and included parts. Keep the actual package description attached to the exact product being considered.
Prodo Case’s separate floor extends beyond its dome figures. Laser Frame’s base and clear stand are also distinct components. Do not subtract advertised sheet thicknesses from either product line to create an internal measurement or declare that the original cardboard box fits.
A photographed plaque is not an included-parts list

The printed rear surrounds the angled shoe with artwork; a clear-rear option leaves a different view behind it. Compare that presentation from the position where you will normally see the display. Neither treatment is evidence that there is room for a second shoe or the box.
Keep the original LEGO plaque and case accessories named
LEGO supplies its own stand and plaque with the model. A case maker may add a different support or information plaque. Record which components you will retain and which the enclosure supplies instead of treating every label visible in a gallery as part of the order.
Wicked Brick describes a 10 mm two-tier base made from a 5 mm add-on and a 5 mm base plate, secured with magnets. It also expressly allows room for the original LEGO information card. Those are specific construction and layout statements; they do not provide an arbitrary mounting position or the complete clear interior.
Laser Frame describes its own clear internal stand and name plaque. Prodo Case describes corner cubes, screws and a dome placed on a separate floor. Obtain the exact support and receiving instructions for the selected product, especially when retaining the model’s original stand.
Check removal of the whole scene, not just the shoe
Ask which part opens for routine access and where it rests. Include the shoe’s raised toe, laces, stand and plaque in that movement. For a box arrangement, confirm whether the complete group remains in place while opening or needs to be handled separately.
Use the 10282 shoe, stand and box worksheet to save the selected scene and unresolved dimensions. The LEGO shelf case guide covers the enclosure’s complete outside footprint; the collection measurement guide helps record the actual group before changing its layout.
